Head of Marketing

Edurio is on its way to improve education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to help us grow rapidly! Edurio works with over 1500 schools in the United Kingdom and Internationally. Our platform helps school leaders make better decisions by effectively gathering stakeholder feedback and visualising data. 

We're looking for a Head of Marketing  to coordinate our marketing activities in order to generate leads and grow the recognition of Edurio as a thought leader in education.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategy (thinking big)
    • Developing strategies to drive brand awareness of Edurio and generate qualified leads
    • Preparing and monitoring the marketing budget and prudently allocating funds across various initiatives
    • Participating in the Executive Team discussions about the strategic direction and positioning of the company
  • Marketing and lead management (getting your hands dirty)
    • Deciding on lead qualification criteria and carrying out qualification of inbound leads. 
    • Passing qualified leads to sales on a regular basis
    • Monitoring and reporting on inbound lead generation statistics and marketing performance
    • Managing our portfolio of marketing activities across all channels and our website
  • Team and contractor management (facilitating others)
    • Leading the work of our Content Marketing Specialist and Marketing Designer
    • Working with external providers to organise events and manage PR campaigns

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in leading marketing for a high growth brand and proven track record in delivering high quality leads to a sales team

  • Data-driven approach to marketing and lead management, knowledge and experience of reporting on key metrics

  • Expert level knowledge of Hubspot or similar marketing platforms

  • The initiative and drive to work independently and achieve a lot, with loose guidance while balancing multiple projects

  • Excellent eye for good positioning, writing and design

  • Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 depending on experience + company share options.
