  • Explore the current and future needs of our customers and communicate about ways how Edurio can support them.
  • Make sure our customers have received good value from using our services by gathering regular feedback.
  • Collaborate with the product team to set up Edurio for our partner academy trusts and schools  and troubleshoot technical issues raised by our partners.
  • Provide school improvement and stakeholder feedback insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of providing value to our partners.
  • Engage with our wider network to share good practice on school improvement and build a community in the education space.

  • Clear focus on your personal growth.

  • Flexible work hours.

  • Initial base salary (gross): £25 000 - £35 000 per year (based on previous experience) + company share options.
