Office Manager

Edurio is on its way to improve education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to help us grow rapidly!

Edurio works with over 1500 schools in the United Kingdom and Latvia. We collaborate with leading academics and Ministries of Education to improve the quality of education across schools. Our product helps school management make better decisions by delivering tools to effectively gather feedback and visualise data.

We’re looking for an Office Manager who will ensure our office is as cozy as ever, our documentation is always sorted and that our team members, both remotely and in-office, have all the administrative support to thrive in their roles.

What would be your responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage customer documents including agreements, invoices, quotes
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Manage correspondence by answering general contact emails and sorting mail
  • Organise travel and participation in events
  • Monitor and improve methods for record keeping
  • Support the team during projects as necessary

What we’re looking for

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and plan your own work schedule

  • Ability to communicate freely in Latvian and English

  • Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping and/or with legal tasks would be an advantage
