If you wish to be a part of an ambitious, impact-driven EdTech startup which highly values transparency and team well-being, this is the place for you!

Quantitative Research Manager

Edurio is on its way to improve education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to help us grow rapidly! Edurio works with over 1500 schools in the United Kingdom and Internationally. Our EdTech platform helps school leaders make better decisions by effectively gathering stakeholder feedback and visualising data.

We have a product suite of surveys focussed on staff, pupils or parents, and looking at topics from wellbeing to equality, diversity and inclusion and from learning environments to progression. Our national datasets from these surveys are used by our customers to track their progress, benchmark against other schools and to define their priorities for each of their key stakeholder groups.

We're looking for a Quantitative research manager to run end-to-end research programmes, working with practitioners and education experts to help schools measure what matters.

Your responsibilities

  • Designing new surveys to build out Edurio’s product catalogue:
    • Liaising with colleagues, customers and experts in survey design, education and other topics to scope new survey topics
    • Keeping on top of competitor and industry developments to identify customer needs
    • User-testing surveys with respondent groups to ensure they are fit for purpose and will stand the test of time
  • Creating engaging deliverables in the form of small custom reports, and larger year-on-year analyses
  • Leading analysis on Edurio’s thought leadership workstream, alongside our data analysts and other research experts
  • Coaching other colleagues to instil best practice when it comes to survey design and execution

What we’re looking for

  • A senior research executive or research manager with experience working with surveys

  • Demonstrable experience in designing surveys, analysing large datasets and reporting

  • Initiative and drive to achieve a lot working both independently and with multiple stakeholders

  • A strong belief in giving and receiving quality feedback and a comfort with radical candor and transparency

  • A passion for working in a fast-paced environment and helping a young business to scale. With this comes a comfort dealing with uncertainty and a keenness to try things out, find efficiencies and build processes

These are the qualities that we consider the most important - as we're a growing business, we're looking for people with a wide range of talents and skills who can develop with us as we grow so if this sounds like you, we want to meet you!

What we offer

  • Experience in an international startup and a chance to have an impact on education quality all over the world.

  • Opportunities to cultivate your interests and grow with the company.

  • Feedback based work culture which highly values transparency and team well-being.

  • Flexible working time and location - work from wherever you want.

  • Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 + company share options.
