If you wish to be a part of an ambitious, impact-driven EdTech startup which highly values transparency and team well-being, this is the place for you!
Quantitative Research Manager
Edurio is on its way to improve education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to help us grow rapidly! Edurio works with over 1500 schools in the United Kingdom and Internationally. Our EdTech platform helps school leaders make better decisions by effectively gathering stakeholder feedback and visualising data.
We have a product suite of surveys focussed on staff, pupils or parents, and looking at topics from wellbeing to equality, diversity and inclusion and from learning environments to progression. Our national datasets from these surveys are used by our customers to track their progress, benchmark against other schools and to define their priorities for each of their key stakeholder groups.
We're looking for a Quantitative research manager to run end-to-end research programmes, working with practitioners and education experts to help schools measure what matters.

Demonstrable experience in designing surveys, analysing large datasets and reporting
Initiative and drive to achieve a lot working both independently and with multiple stakeholders
A strong belief in giving and receiving quality feedback and a comfort with radical candor and transparency
