Sales Development Representative

Edurio is on its way to improve education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to help us grow rapidly! Edurio works with over 1500 schools in the United Kingdom and Internationally. We collaborate with leading academics and Ministries of Education to improve the quality of education across schools. Our product helps school management make better decisions by effectively gathering feedback and visualising data. 

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative  to help us reach out to potential customers and grow revenue.

Reporting to the Head of Sales the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the first point of contact between Edurio and potential new customers and the very beginning of our sales cycle. Dealing with incoming leads and prospecting new leads, you will be the voice of the company, introducing Edurio and explaining the value our solutions brings to Trusts all over England. In this role, you become a real product and industry expert, using your knowledge to win new business leads.

Your responsibilities

  • Reach out and interact with Multi Academy Trusts to generate interested contacts via email and phone.
  • Qualify potential customers and book appointments for our product demonstration team.
  • Contribute to Edurio sales process improvement and efficiency.
  • Track KPIs and adjust strategy to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain good documentation of your conversations and track the progress of your work in our CRM system.

  • An understanding of the UK education sector and experience working with multi academy trusts would be an advantage.

  • Gross salary: £25,000 - 35,000 depending on experience + company share options.
