Edurio, an ambitious impact driven EdTech startup, is looking to expand their Latvian Customer Team to help us grow internationally. Edurio works with over 1000 schools in the United Kingdom and Latvia. We collaborate with leading academics and Ministries of Education to improve the quality of education across schools. Our product helps school management make better decisions by delivering tools to effectively gather feedback and visualise data.
We’re looking for a Customer Manager in Latvia who could work with Edurio users - with school and municipality leaders to help them effectively use Edurio to be able to make data-driven school improvement decisions.

What would be your responsibilities
Ensuring effective use of the Edurio platform and implementation of professional development seminars in Latvia by helping clients set and achieve clear goals.
Regularly keeping in touch with the heads of municipalities and schools via phone, email or in person to advise on the use of surveys, on how to improve the school self-assessment process and to share best practice on improving school quality in general.
Working closely with the Latvian Customer Team and the Education team - both in Latvian and English.
Following the latest developments in the Latvian education system, especially for schools and preschools, as well as representing Edurio in educational conferences and other events in Latvia.
