Customer Success Specialist
Edurio is on its way to improve education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to help us grow rapidly! Edurio works with over 1500 schools in the United Kingdom, Latvia and other countries. We collaborate with leading academics and Ministries of Education to improve the quality of education across schools. Our product helps school management make better decisions by delivering tools to effectively gather feedback and visualise data.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will be responsible for onboarding new customers to the Edurio platform and helping them make the most out of using Edurio.
What would be your responsibilities
What we're looking for
Experience in a Customer Success or commercial project management role, managing key accounts
Experience in working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and complex customers
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
Strong initiative and ability to identify commercial opportunities that would be beneficial to our customers.
Preferred: Experience living or working in the UK or working in a tech start-up will be considered an advantage
