Customer Success Specialist

Edurio is on its way to improve education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to help us grow rapidly! Edurio works with over 1500 schools in the United Kingdom, Latvia and other countries. We collaborate with leading academics and Ministries of Education to improve the quality of education across schools. Our product helps school management make better decisions by delivering tools to effectively gather feedback and visualise data. 

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will be responsible for onboarding new customers to the Edurio platform and helping them make the most out of using Edurio.

What would be your responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for a small group of key customers during their Edurio journey, project-manage service implementation, train platform end users and provide support while using the platform.
  • Understand customer outcomes by collecting feedback and provide input into product, marketing and sales.
  • Actively engage customers throughout the academic through value-add or commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate with the product team to set up Edurio for our customers and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers.
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base.
  • Engage with the wider customer network to share best practice and build a community in the education space.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a Customer Success or commercial project management role, managing key accounts

  • Experience in working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and complex customers

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes

  • Strong initiative and ability to identify commercial opportunities that would be beneficial to our customers.

  • Preferred: Experience living or working in the UK or working in a tech start-up will be considered an advantage

  • Initial Gross salary: 1800 - 2300 EUR (based on previous experience) + company share options.
