Customer Success Specialist
Edurio is on its way to improve education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to help us grow rapidly! Edurio works with over 1500 schools in the United Kingdom, Latvia and other countries. We collaborate with leading academics and Ministries of Education to improve the quality of education across schools. Our product helps school management make better decisions by delivering tools to effectively gather feedback and visualise data.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will be responsible for onboarding new customers to the Edurio platform and helping them make the most out of using Edurio.
Experience in Customer Success.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
Strong initiative and ability to identify opportunities that would be beneficial to our customers.
Preferred: Experience in working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and complex customers.
Experience living or working in the UK or working with software will be considered an advantage.
