To provide education leaders with clarity on what matters most. In the 2023/2024 academic year, our school surveys supported a quarter of a million pupils, parents, and school staff.

Making the invisible visible, we shine a light on strengths and areas for improvement in schools and trusts. We measure things that are difficult to track but vital to understand.
Since 2014, we have seen how non-academic data – such as stakeholder feedback – plays a powerful role in improving school climate and culture, parental and family engagement and pupils’ learning.

We believe in continuous improvement. Our strategic feedback cycle shows how we support the survey journey, from setting goals to tracking progress. As stakeholder feedback leads to high-quality education, we’ve made a selection of our research-backed survey resources open-source and free for educators to use.
