Transition Years (After Transition) Survey for Pupils

This survey is designed to inform organisations how pupils perceive their transition into a new education setting (phase, school, year group, etc.).

The survey informs schools and trusts about:

• Pupil wellbeing
• Academic and social-emotional readiness
• The required support during adaptation

By comparing results with parent/carer respondents, schools and trusts can improve their guidance and support for stakeholders who have recently transitioned into the next phase of education.
