Transition Years (After Transition) Survey for Parents

This survey is designed to inform schools and trusts how parents perceive their child’s transition into a new education setting (phase, school, year group, etc.).

The survey asks questions about:

• Wellbeing
• Academic and social-emotional readiness
• Support during adaptation

By comparing results from parent/carer respondents, schools and trusts can improve the guidance and support for those who have made a transition to a new setting, proactively addressing their needs.
