Improving the Quality of Education Webinar: Key Trends and Next Steps for Trust Leaders

In this webinar we unveiled our latest national report, High-Quality and Inclusive Education, based on five years of comprehensive data from over 245,000 staff, teachers, and parents across the country.

Our special guest, Dame Alison Peacock, joined us to discuss the findings and provide actionable next steps for trust leaders. We covered:

What to Do More Of:

Positive Engagement: Discover how more pupils are being encouraged to read for academic purposes, reflecting an increase in engagement.
Enhance Staff Support: Learn how staff feel well-supported in lesson preparation, marking the highest level in six years.
Strengthen Parent Communication: Explore how parents report satisfaction with school communication and uncover strategies to further improve this.

Areas for Improvement:

Address Engagement Challenges: Investigate solutions to tackle the decline in pupils finding learning interesting.
Foster Respectful Environments: Discuss why fewer staff feel respected by pupils and explore ways to cultivate a more positive school culture.
