Together with the British Educational Suppliers Association (BESA), The Key, the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS), Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL), the National Governance Association (NGA), HFL Education, Confederation of School Trusts (CST), The Belonging Effect, Schools North East, Talent Architects, IRIS Education, the MTPT Project, Being Luminary, and HeadsUp4HTs, we are advancing national conversations around school improvement.

Confederation of School Trusts
As a platinum partner, Edurio works in close collaboration with the Confederation of School Trusts (CST) to support school and trust leaders across England in understanding and improving their culture, staff experience and stakeholder engagement. Since 2022, we’ve worked with CST to develop and launch the National School Trust Survey, capturing feedback from hundreds of trust accounting officers across the country.
Council of British International Schools (COBIS)
We work with the Council of British International Schools to support international schools in understanding and improving staff and pupil experience. Through conferences and shared resources, this partnership helps school leaders across the world gain insights into wellbeing, inclusion and school culture.
The Edwin Group
Our partnership with the Edwin Group helps schools and trusts access evidence that supports better recruitment, retention and workload decisions. Together, we broaden access to the tools and guidance that improve people’s experiences across education.
Capita Entrust
Our work with Capita Entrust supports schools and trusts to use Edurio’s evidence alongside Entrust’s specialist services in school improvement, leadership support and workforce development. Together, we help education leaders understand their communities more clearly and act with confidence on the issues that matter most.
Talent Architects
Working with the Talent Architects enables more schools and trusts to use Edurio’s survey evidence as part of a wider approach to leadership excellence and strategic workforce planning. By combining evidence with practical guidance, leaders gain a deeper understanding of their people and clearer routes to strengthen culture, retention and performance.
PiXL
Our work with PiXL connects Edurio’s evidence with a community of leaders who are committed to improving outcomes across schools. Our collaboration has also extended to joint professional learning, including a webinar with CEO Rachel Johnson that explored what leaders can learn from sector-wide survey evidence.
The Key
Edurio works with The Key to support school and trust leaders in making data-informed decisions that improve staff and pupil experience. Together, we’ve co-hosted webinars and published joint research that highlights sector-wide challenges, such as pupil safeguarding. By combining The Key’s practical guidance with our insights from national survey data, we help education leaders turn evidence into meaningful action.
The Maternity Teacher Paternity Teacher Project (MTPT)
We’ve partnered with The MTPT Project to explore how trusts and schools can better support staff through parental leave and return to work. Drawing on MTPT’s expertise and Edurio’s national data, we’ve carried out research that explores trends in staff experience and promotes inclusive, family-friendly workplace cultures.
Schools North East
Edurio works with Schools North East to support school leaders across the region in understanding and improving staff and pupil experience. By combining our national data with local engagement, this partnership supports evidence-informed decision-making that’s rooted in the lived experience of schools in the region.
Association of School and College Leaders
Edurio partners with the Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL) to provide research and insights that support leaders in tackling the sector’s most pressing challenges. Together, we’ve shared insights and resources to promote school improvement across England.
National Governance Association (NGA)
Edurio has worked with the National Governance Association (NGA) to support effective governance through data and insight. Together, we have developed and launched a national governor survey, capturing perspectives on board effectiveness, trust culture and strategic priorities.
Belonging Effect
Edurio works with the Belonging Effect (formerly Diverse Educators) to amplify voices and experiences within the education workforce, particularly around inclusion, wellbeing and retention. As contributors to our national research, they’ve helped shape the conversation on how identity, belonging and workplace culture impact staff experience.
British Educational Suppliers Association (BESA)
Edurio is a member of the British Educational Suppliers Association (BESA), working alongside other education-focused organisations to raise standards and share best practice across the sector. Through this collaboration, we contribute insights from our national research and engage in events that support school leaders in making evidence-informed decisions about the tools and services they use.
HFL Education
Edurio works with HFL Education to support schools and trusts in Hertfordshire and beyond with meaningful staff and pupil feedback. By combining HFL’s local expertise with Edurio’s national data, this collaboration empowers schools to take evidence-informed action that meets their community’s needs.
IRIS Education
Edurio partners with IRIS Education to support trust HR teams in improving staff wellbeing and retention. Together, we’ve collaborated on reports and webinars that explore the challenges facing the education workforce and share strategies for building supportive, sustainable working environments.
HeadsUp4HTs
Edurio has collaborated with HeadUp4HTs to highlight the wellbeing and lived experiences of headteachers across the country. By contributing to shared discussions and research, we’ve supported efforts to raise awareness of the pressures faced by school leaders and the importance of creating supportive professional environments.
