Assessment Readiness: Parent Survey for Primary Pupils

This survey is designed to gather parent and carer observations regarding their child’s assessment preparedness. It should be launched after the assessment has happened.

The survey covers:

• Parents’ observations of their child’s academic and emotional preparedness
• The support their child received in preparing for assessments
• Communication with the school regarding the assessment process
