Assessment Readiness Survey For Primary Pupils

The Assessment Readiness survey is designed to gauge how prepared pupils feel for their assessments. It is intended to be conducted after assessments.

The survey focuses on:

• Pupils’ academic and emotional preparedness
• The support pupils received when preparing for exams
• The overall assessment experience

A parent survey is encouraged to compare parent/carer observations of pupil preparedness. This will help inform future support measures to ensure all pupils have the opportunity to succeed in their assessments.
