Throughout the year, we celebrate schools that exemplify excellence in specific areas, based on national survey data from the previous academic year. These awards recognise outstanding achievement and promote best practices across the education community.

Our awards programme features a range of categories, each designed to recognise different aspects of school achievement:

Celebrating schools based on responses to the question, “How often do you feel overworked?” This award recognises effective workload management and prioritisation of staff wellbeing.

Recognising schools based on the question, “On a scale from 1 to 10, how likely are you to recommend your workplace as a good place to work?” This award reflects a positive workplace culture.
