Edurio Platform Updates

What’s New on the Edurio Platform

At Edurio, we’re constantly looking for ways to improve the surveying experience for our community. Here’s a round-up of our latest releases and updates.

Conversation threads on the Edurio platform

NEW

Conversation Threads

February 2026

Survey design is rarely a solo job. It often means bringing together feedback from colleagues, leaders and wider teams. Too often, those conversations end up spread across emails and meetings, which can slow down decisions.

To help with this, we’ve introduced Conversation Threads in Survey Builder.

This feature lets you discuss survey content directly as you build it, providing a simple way to share feedback, ask questions and agree on changes with your team and your Edurio Survey Specialist. You can comment on the whole survey, a module or a specific question, keeping feedback tied to the right place.

Creating a question on the Edurio Survey Builder

New Survey Builder

October 2025

The redesigned and improved Survey Builder makes high-quality survey creation easier, allowing you to save time and effort when making surveys for your school, trust or school group.

Key benefits of the new builder include faster editing, improved navigation with a clear table of contents and in-platform guidance to help you set up quickly.

The new features, along with the cleaner design, will enable you to reduce admin time while keeping consistency and quality across all of your surveys.

Edurio survey library

New Survey Library

September 2025

Whether you’re a trust leader, headteacher, or staff member gathering feedback, we know that every moment counts in education. That’s why we’ve redesigned the Edurio Survey Library, making it faster and easier for you to find and launch the right survey.

The new library allows you to:

  • Quickly see which surveys include benchmarked questions
  • Open any survey preview in one click to see its questions, modules, and a short summary
  • Use filters to narrow your options by respondent type, school phase, theme, survey type or benchmarking availability

What’s Next

At Edurio, we are continuously looking for ways to improve our platform and make the surveying process easier, clearer and more impactful for our community.

Therefore, we have many more improvements to come, including:

  • Redesigned results reports offering advanced analytics and pattern recognition across your organisation
  • New platform features to make survey creation even faster and easier
  • Expanding the survey library to cover emerging priorities in education
  • Ongoing improvements based on your feedback

With these updates, our aim is to help you reduce admin and focus on what matters most – improving the experiences for your staff, pupils and parents.

If you are already working with Edurio and have ideas for what would make your surveying experience even better, speak to your Customer Success Manager or contact us at hello@edurio.com. Your feedback shapes what comes next.

Here’s how school and trust leaders describe the difference Edurio has made in their organisation:

Streamlined data updates

The new self-serve feature in the Edurio platform makes updating data incredibly easy. A couple of our schools have already used it to prepare for Ofsted and honestly, it couldn’t be simpler—quick, intuitive and stress-free.

A significant advantage

The most significant advantage of using Edurio is that everything is in one place and you can compare to the previous surveys.

A timesaver

A key advantage of Edurio is the resource element – we don’t have to employ someone internally to research, develop, collate and review survey data. We can use experts to do this for us.

Sarah Williams

Olympus Academy Trust

High response rates

We get a good response rate using Edurio, partly due to the anonymity but also because of how easy it is to respond to the survey.

Pamela McIlroy

The Pinnacle Learning Trust

Great financial value

In terms of the financial value of Edurio, I think it’s a no-brainer. If one survey’s data gives you enough information to change something, which enables even just one staff member to stay, Edurio’s service pays for itself.

Michael Cowland

The Diocese of Coventry MAT

Systematic feedback approach

Collecting stakeholder feedback can be overwhelming, but with the support of the Edurio team and platform, Nova Education Trust has taken a systematic approach to help Heads effectively work with the data.

Benchmarked questions

We switched to Edurio because of their nationally benchmarked questions. Without external comparison, it’s hard to know whether the results we were seeing were actually how they appeared to be.

Engage Enrich Excel Academies

Powerful insights for leaders

In an increasingly self-aware sector, Edurio provides powerful insights into stakeholder feelings, allowing leaders to analyse the data effectively.

Large-scale data collection

Edurio enables large-scale data collection and presentation, turning it into actionable insights quickly. The staff are responsive, flexible, and feel like part of our team.
