Top schools where staff want to work in England

We are delighted to present our Staff Choice Award. The schools recognised have demonstrated commitment to fostering a strong sense of community amongst their staff.

How we measured success

We analysed responses from our Staff Experience and Wellbeing Survey, focusing on the question:

On a scale from 1-10, how likely are you to recommend your workplace as a good place to work?

The trusts and schools recognised with this award are among the top 10 nationally based on staff recommending them as great places to work out of the 953 schools that asked this question in an Edurio Survey.

Congratulations to all our innovative schools that were awarded! Your efforts showcase the incredible impact of genuine commitment and innovative approaches to building supportive, connected school communities where parents feel engaged.

Here’s a testimonial from Ernest Jenavs, our CEO:

The trusts and schools recognised with this award are the top nationally, based on staff recommending them as great places to work. The exceptional responses from staff demonstrate a deep sense of pride in being part of these trusts and schools. Your commitment to fostering a strong sense of community is inspiring, and you should be incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved.
