Use this step-by-step guidance for school leaders to launch the survey, engage parents and close the feedback loop effectively.

Step 1: Appoint a survey champion

Choose a member of staff to coordinate communications, monitor participation rates and encourage engagement across year groups.

Step 2: Share the survey with parents

Use the provided messaging templates (below) to introduce the survey and explain:

  • Why the survey matters
  • How responses will be used
  • That responses are fully anonymous
  • How long the survey takes to complete

Step 3: Promote participation throughout the survey window
