Staff Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Survey

Staff Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Survey

Completed by 30,000 school staff since 2021

Completed by 30,000 teachers and school staff since 2021

The Edurio Staff Equality, Diversity and Inclusion survey will help you better understand how staff with different backgrounds, identities, experiences and needs feel in your school or trust.

When your workplace is more diverse and inclusive, you’re able to integrate a wider range of perspectives into your school or Multi Academy Trust when problem-solving or trying to develop new ideas.

When your workforce is more diverse and inclusive, you’re more likely to foster deeper trust and commitment among employees. Being an equal opportunities employer does not just benefit existing staff.

You’re also likely to be more attractive to new recruits and attract the best talent, which is essential in the current teacher recruitment crisis.
