How to create your own survey?

To create you own survey, there are two options you can go with:

             a) Adapt an existing survey
             b) Create a new survey from scratch

Adapt an existing survey

Creating a copy of an existing survey template

1. Navigate to Surveys section
2. Click on Create new survey
3. Choose Use template
4. Scroll through the our template bank and click on the template you want
5. Choose Copy survey template and edit questions
6. Choose Agree when asked if you want to copy this survey template (NB: it may take a while for your copy to be ready!)

Adding survey details

1. Click on the Edit symbol next to the title of the survey
2. Edit the title (you can leave the original title and just remove "Copy of")
3. Edit the welcome and thank you messages (you can leave the default texts too!)
4. Click Save

Adding new custom questions

• Choose and drag any of the 6 question types from the Question types section or click on Add a new question

Create a new survey from scratch

Creating a new survey template

• Click on Create new survey
• Choose Create custom survey
• Input the first details to create a survey template draft. You’ll be able to edit them later. Click save once you’re done.
  • Survey name: i.e. “Pupil Wellbeing”, “Parent Trust Perception”
  • Welcome message: 
  • Thank you message: 

Creating modules

• Click on Create a new module

Adding questions

• Choose and drag any of the 6 question types from the Question types section or click on Add a new question
